Introducing the Koyo 303TS Massage Chair. Made in Japan, the Koyo 303TS incorporates both Japanese massage and manufacturing expertise at a surprisingly encouraging price point.
The brand name ‘KOYO’ means ‘red leaves’ and is a reference to the autumnal color change of Japan’s vast deciduous forests. The change gradually progresses from the north to the south along the length of the island nation. It is considered one of the most beautiful ‘natural’ events in the world.
With consideration of the brand’s name the chair has a decidedly naturalistic appearance with a compact modern styling.
The numerous features of the Koyo 303TS
Being a ‘zero gravity’ chair allows for a relaxed attitude to receive a massage.
The massage mechanism follows a SL track type that is shaped to conform to the natural contours of the human back and has a length that reaches from the shoulders to the glutes. The ‘SL’ track provides an enormous area of massage.
The 4D mechanism applies ‘anthropoid’ (resembling a human) silicon heads/rollers for a more human tactile massage experience.
The chair is easy to enter due to a smaller ottoman. The leg wells are easy to place the legs and the arm wells are comfortably intuitive and provide effortless placement.
The chair is very adaptable due to the removable back cushion. A soft massage is possible with the cushion in place, but a strong deep tissue experience is available with the cushion’s removal.
Seating comfort is enhanced by the generously padded head pillow.
What can be expected
Once properly seated in the Koyo 303TS, the chair will provide a ‘full body’ massage including attention to the neck, back, glutes, feet, calves, and arms. For enhanced therapy the heating is directed to the back and calves.
Coordinating the massage experience is simple due to the easily accessible intuitively functional tablet remote control. Additionally, a handy 4D intensity control dial is located on the left chair arm for even more control access.
